Good reasons to write
- A correction. A rate, fee or condition no longer matches the provider’s page. Include the WalletNoodle page, the figure and a link to the official source. We check that source before changing anything.
- A privacy question. Something on our privacy notice is unclear, or you want to ask about an email you sent us.
- An editorial question. How we chose products, ordered a list or used AI assistance. Our method page may already answer it.
Please don’t send
Account or card numbers, passwords, PINs, Social Security numbers, statements or policy documents. We never need them, and email is not the place for them.
What we can’t help with
We can’t give personal financial advice, look into your account, help with an application or settle a dispute with a bank, card issuer or insurer. For those, contact the provider directly through its official website or the number on your card or statement.
